INTRODUCTION. This "CAO Pull An All-Nighter With John Rich" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") gives one (1) Sweepstakes winner and one (1) guest the opportunity to win an evening with John Rich, together with other contest winners and guests, in Nashville, Tennessee the weekend of October 15-17, 2010, as further described below. The details of the Prize (as defined below) and how to enter the Sweepstakes are contained in these Official Rules.
TO ENTER. You can enter the Sweepstakes online. During the Promotion Period (as defined below), go to http://www.allnighterwithjohnrich.com/enter/cao click the Sweepstakes link, complete the online entry form by entering true and correct information in all of the fields, click to submit, and you will automatically receive one entry in the Sweepstakes. You can also enter the Sweepstakes by texting CAO to 50505 (standard text messaging rates apply). Text entries that do not include CAO in the text will not qualify. Online and text entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address or mobile number submitted at time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is deemed to be (i) in the case of an online entry, the natural person who is assigned to a particular e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address or (ii) in the case of a text entry, the natural person who is assigned to a particular mobile number by a mobile carrier. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address or mobile number associated with the winning entry and is an otherwise eligible United States resident. Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, and per mobile number. More than one (1) entry from any person, e-mail address or mobile number will void all entries from that person, e-mail address and mobile number or, if determined upon verification of Prize winners, may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor. To enter the Sweepstakes without going online or texting, send a letter or postcard containing your legibly printed name, address, phone number, date of birth and e-mail address (e-mail address is optional) to CAO Pull An All-Nighter With John Rich, Attn: New Media, Warner Music Nashville LLC, c/o New Media, 21 Music Square East, Nashville, Tennessee 37203. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Warner Music Nashville LLC (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, or misdirected Sweepstakes entries, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise, which may occur in the processing of Sweepstakes entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Registration in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Registration also constitutes consent to be contacted by mail, telephone and/or e-mail in connection with the Sweepstakes (and in the case of online registration, as otherwise provided in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy described below).
ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. All guests must be 21 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Warner Music Inc. or their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners).
TIMING. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Central Daylight Time on August 15, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. Central Daylight Time on September 15, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before September 15, 2010 and received on or before September 20, 2010. Online and text entries received prior to or after the Promotion Period (as extended for mail-in entries above) are disqualified.
SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNER. One (1) potential winner will be determined by a random drawing to be conducted by Sponsor on or about September 21, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions as to all matters related to administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of winners are final. The potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by mail, e-mail, text and/or telephone on or about September 22, 2010. If (i) any potential winner cannot be personally contacted within SEVENTY-TWO (72) hours after the first attempt to notify such potential winner, (ii) any potential winner is ineligible, (iii) any potential winner fails to timely claim his or her Prize, (iv) any notification is returned as undeliverable or (iv) any potential winner fails to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules (including the requirement that the potential winner execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability as described below), such potential winner’s right to claim any Prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant may be selected as the potential winner at random from all eligible entries received.
The potential winner and his or her guest must each sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability (the “Affidavit and Release”) to Sponsor within TEN (10) days following the date of mailing of the Affidavit and Release to the potential winner’s address. The Affidavit and Release will (A) confirm eligibility of the potential winner and compliance with the Official Rules and (B) release and hold harmless Sponsor and any radio station providing services in connection with the Contest, as well as their respective affiliates, employees and agents, from any and all liability for injuries, loss or damage resulting from or related to activities connected with the Sweepstakes or the Prize. Noncompliance within this time period may result in the forfeiture of such potential winner’s right to claim any Prize and selection of an alternate entrant as the potential winner at random from all eligible entries received.
PRIZE. The following Prize (the “Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) potential winner for use October 15-17, 2010 (the “Winner”): two (2) round-trip airfares from the major airport closest to the residence of the winner (i.e. unless Sponsor otherwise approves, Winner’s guest must depart from the same major airport as Winner); accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel in Nashville, Tennessee selected by Sponsor; airport transportation. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. Approximate value of Prize: $2000.00.
The Prize is subject to the following material conditions and restrictions: THE PRIZE IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH OR SUBSTITUTABLE FOR ANY OTHER ITEM EXCEPT BY SPONSOR, WHICH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE THE PRIZE WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. NO TRANSFER OF THE PRIZE IS PERMITTED.
All federal, state and local taxes related to the Prize, and all expenses and costs not expressly included in the Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner.
USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS. Except where prohibited by law or in any jurisdiction in which the grant of such rights would affect the validity or legality of the Sweepstakes (and, if Winner is a resident of Tennessee, to the extent permitted by law), Winner grants to Sponsor and its advertising agencies the right to use and publish Winner’s likeness (as the same may appear in any still camera photograph, motion picture film, video tape or other device), name, voice, opinions, biographical information and state of residence in all media to promote Sponsor and/or the Sweepstakes without additional compensation. Without limiting Sponsor’s rights above, Sponsor may request (but will not require as a condition of winning) that Winner and his or her guest sign an authorization further evidencing Sponsor’s right to use the above-described information for such purposes.
USE OF DATA PROVIDED ONLINE. If you register online or by text, Sponsor will collect personal data about you, including, without limitation your e-mail address and your cell phone number. Registration on-line or by text constitutes acceptance of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found online at http://www.warnermusicnashville.com/privacy-policy, including use of personal data about you as explained in the policy.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, and participants in the Sweepstakes hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Tennessee courts (state and federal) for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes. Each participant waives any and all objectives to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the United States and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry.
By entering, each participant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and any radio station providing services in connection with the Contest, as well as their respective affiliates, employees and agents, from liability for injuries, loss or damage resulting from or related to activities connected with the Sweepstakes or the Prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award Prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR PHONE SYSTEM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WINNERS LIST. Sweepstakes results and a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: CAO Pull An All-Nighter with John Rich, Attn: New Media, Warner Music Nashville LLC, 21 Music Square East, Nashville, Tennessee 37203. Results will be available after October 1, 2010. Requests for results must be received by October 30, 2010.
