COMEDIAN ANJELAH JOHNSON DEBUTS CD/DVD AND DVD,“THAT’S HOW WE DO IT!” ON FEBRUARY 9

Records/Degenerate Records comedian Anjelah Johnson is doing it her way in her first CD/DVD and standalone DVD, “That’s How We Do It!,” set for release on February 9. “That’s How We Do It!” originally aired on Comedy Central on December 28 and will re-air on Friday, Feb. 12 at 12:30 AM.

Anjelah Johnson became an internet sensation through YouTube and Google with her viral videos as the ever-so-sassy fast food employee Bon Qui Qui on MADtv and as Tammy, a Vietnamese nail salon employee. That’s How We Do It! brings back Johnson’s lovable characters in addition to her experiences as a professional cheerleader for the Oakland Raiders, with peppy Southwest Airlines flight attendants, nosey sisters, Christian rappers and much more.

Records Comedian Larry The Cable Guy is throwing the ultimate tailgate party with his new DVD release, “Larry The Cable Guy: Tailgate Party.” The DVD will be in stores on February 2. In addition, the World Television Premiere of the special debuts Sunday, Jan. 31 at 9:00 PM EST/PST.

The special was filmed during a unique performance in front of more than 50,000 people at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, NE on Independence Day in support of Husker Fans on the UNL Campus. Larry’s appearance was in conjunction with The City Of Lincoln’s 2-day event, “Uncle Sam Jam.” Performing in the largest comedy show ever recorded, Larry The Cable Guy gives a large amount of new material about TV, Hot Dogs and “buying in bulk.”

GLORIANA RECEIVES ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARD NOMINATION FOR TOP NEW VOCAL GROUP

Nashville, TN – Top selling new country group Gloriana has been nominated for an Academy of Country Music Award for Top New Vocal Group of the Year. For the second year, the three newcomer categories — Top New Solo Vocalist, Top New Vocal Duo, and Top New Vocal Group —will be opened up to interactive fan voting through VoteACM.com. The winner in each category will be announced in mid-March and will move on to compete for Top New Artist of the Year at the 45th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards. The Awards will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday, April 18th at 8:00pm EST on the CBS Television Network.

"It is an absolute honor to be nominated for an ACM Award," said Rachel Reinert. “We are going from just attending the ACM Awards and playing Freemont Street last year, before our CD was even released, to being nominated this year. We are all just so thankful for that and for all the support we have been getting – it’s amazing.”

Fan voting for the three newcomer categories will begin at VoteACM.com on Friday, February 26th, and will close on Friday, March 12th. The winner in each category will be announced shortly after and will move on to compete for Top New Artist of the Year.

Gloriana, who recently was awarded the Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the AMA Awards, has had an exciting year. JESSICA HARP GETS TATTOO FOR HER LATEST VIDEO "A WOMAN NEEDS," DEBUTING TODAY ON THEBOOT.COM

NASHVILLE – Jan. 25, 2010 - Jessica Harp, one-half of the GRAMMY nominated duo, The Wreckers, releases the music video for her new single, “A Woman Needs,” exclusively on AOL’s The Boot today. The single was released to radio last Tuesday, January 19th. Inspired by the video, Jessica got a tattoo of three stars as a reminder of the significance the song’s message had on her own life.

The music video, directed by Kristin Barlowe, chronicles the story of three girlfriends throughout their childhood, teenage and adult years. In each stage of their life, the girls carry a tradition of a star symbol on their hand – first with stickers, then a pen drawing and lastly as a tattoo imprint.

“I wanted to get the tattoo because this song means more to me than any other song on the record,” Jessica says. “Every time I look at this, I’ll think of that song, I’ll think of my first solo record that I’m really proud of and I’ll think of the message of ‘A Woman Needs,’ which is to follow your dreams.”

GLORIANA ON THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW TOMORROW, JANUARY 13TH

Nashville, TN – American Music Award winners and top new country group Gloriana will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show tomorrow Wednesday, January 13th (check local listings). They will perform their smash hit single “How Far Do You Wanna Go?” The foursome has been performing several headlining shows including sell-outs in Seattle and Modesto just this past week.

“2010 is already shaping up to be a good one – our fans have already helped us sell out shows and now we are performing on Ellen,” said Mike Gossin. “What a great way to start the year.”

Next month Gloriana will return as openers for Taylor Swift on her Fearless 2010 Tour when they head to Australia for several dates.
