NASHVILLE, TN – (December 10, 2013) – Big Smo, A.K.A. Hick Ross and Boss of the Stix, is set to release his debut album with Warner Bros. / Elektra Records, Kuntry Livin’, on March 4th and will be available to fans who come out to a Smo tour date as early as January 14h as part of a special tour only release. His current EP, Backwoods Whiskey is available on iTunes and features a remix of “Kickin’ It In Tennessee”, produced by Battleroy (Bruno Mars, Eminem). The high energy track, co-written by Battle, Casey Beathard and Smo, serves as this season’s theme song for the NFL’s Tennessee Titans.

Meanwhile, the four-track EP gives fans a taste of the sound and vision that has brought Big Smo to the musical forefront, earning him over 14 million views on YouTube. Developing a sound and genre all his own, Smo’s pulse-pounding beats, passionate vocals, and electrifying guitars are set to lyrical subject matter that’s pure back-country reality, establishing the Tennessee native as “Hick Ross” among his followers.
