The Country Music Association has revealed that Platinum-selling artist and entertainer Chris Janson will take part in a not-to-be-missed performance of Kris Kristofferson’s “Me & Bobby McGee” at The 53rd Annual CMA Awards. “Kris Kristofferson is one of my favorite artists of all time,” says Janson. “I’m very humbled to be a part of an incredible tribute to a legend who has done so much for country music. I couldn’t imagine being part of anything cooler than this at the CMA awards.”
The multi-instrumentalist sparkplug, who continues to garner critical praise for his explosive live performances, just celebrated his third No. 1 song “Good Vibes” this past month. “Done,” the second single from his recently released album Real Friends, is set for a November 25 impact at country radio.
