As two-time CMA Award and two-time CMT Award winner Cody Johnsonplayed his last concert of 2022 in Las Vegas over the weekend with a sold-out show at Michelob Ultra Arena he looks forward to the holiday break and wrapping up his most successful career year to date. Cody will begin a full 2023 calendar year of headline touring on January 20. The current list of concerts are below which currently includes seven sold-out dates! On December 2, Cody released a new LIVE album with his longtime touring band, Cody Johnson & The Rockin’ CJB Live. The music transports the listener to a virtual concert as album was recorded during back-to-back-to-back sold out shows this summer. Media claims, “Not all live albums give you a full cut of what a concert would be like, but this one is like having Cody and his band right in your living room.” “The energy on this live album is hypnotic. Cody Johnson & The Rockin’ CJB Live is the yardstick for all future live albums across every genre.” And Cody “has proven himself to be an expert showman as well as a singer and songwriter. During 2022, Cody received first-ever honors with two CMT Music Awards, two CMA Music Awards, was named one of CMT Artists of the Year, and was the most nominated country artist at the American Music Awards. He increased his career music streams by one billion for the second consecutive year now boasting more than four billion career streams. Cody was recently awarded with Pandora’s Billionaire plaque signifying more than one billion streams on the internet radio and streaming service. He’s toured across the U.S. selling out more than 40 concerts this year and received additional RIAA certifications now totaling 14. Among the certifications is a double platinum honor for his multi-week #1 hit “’Til You Can’t” which was also the most listened to country Song of The Year on iHeart radio, most played song on Mediabase stations, named MusicRow’s Song of The Year, hit the best-of playlists on Spotify / Hot Country Presents Best Country Songs of 2022 and Amazon / Best Country Songs of 2022, and landed on Billboard’s Best Songs of 2022 list. “’Til You Can’t” is also Grammy nominated as Country Song of the Year.
