Three-time consecutive GRAMMY winning superstars Dan + Shay are bringing the Christmas spirit to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon next Monday (12/6) with a performance of their latest original holiday song, “Officially Christmas” (LISTEN HERE). In the just-released official music video directed by longtime collaborator, P. Tracy, the tuxedo-clad duo is seen cutting a ceremonial ribbon signifying the Yuletide kickoff to the delight of families watching from home (WATCH HERE). Dan + Shay also recently shared the Amazon Original, “Pick Out A Christmas Tree,” which is currently the most-streamed new Holiday release so far this year in the US across all genres (LISTEN HERE ONLY ON AMAZON MUSIC).

They lit-up the holiday charts last year with their first-ever original holiday songs, “Take Me Home For Christmas” and “Christmas Isn’t Christmas,” earning nearly 100 million global streams combined. “Take Me Home For Christmas,” which was the second most played holiday song during Christmas week in 2020 according to Country Aircheck, became the #3 All-Genre Holiday Release of the year when ranked by US on-demand streams, with “Christmas Isn’t Christmas” landing within the Top 20 as well. The duo performed the songs on a host of shows including Christmas In Rockefeller Center, The Voice, and The Today Show among others.

Earlier this month, Dan + Shay received their third consecutive American Music Award for Favorite Country Duo or Group and their fourth consecutive GRAMMY Best Country Duo/Group Performance nomination for “Glad You Exist.” The reigning winners have taken home the award for three consecutive years, making them the first and only artist to do so since the category’s inception. The duo is also nominated for two People’s Choice Awards, airing 12/7 simultaneously on NBC + E!.

“Glad You Exist” was also just certified Platinum by the RIAA, bringing their career total certifications to 41. The feel-good song is featured on their latest album, Good Things, which made history on day one when it became the first country album in the streaming era to achieve RIAA Gold certification at release. Less than three weeks and 800,000 album equivalents later, Good Things has also earned more than one billion streams in the US alone and nearly 2.5 billion streams worldwide. The album has already yielded three No. 1 singles, including “Glad You Exist,” the 4x Platinum-certified “10,000 Hours (with Justin Bieber)” and the Platinum-certified “I Should Probably Go To Bed.” Their new single, “Steal My Love,” continues their momentum, complete with a blockbuster, bank-robbing, crowd dance video that inspired Rolling Stone to proclaim: “Dan + Shay have charisma to burn…” (WATCH HERE).

In addition, their massive headline Dan + Shay The (Arena) Tour, presented by AEG Presents, is set to wrap up next Tuesday (12/7) at Boston’s TD Garden Arena. The pair re-ignited their undeniable live star power for multiple capacity crowds at sold-out venues across the country since the tour’s September 9 launch in Greenville, SC, including New York City’s famed Madison Square Garden, the Staples Center in LA and Philadelphia’s Wels Fargo Center among others. The explosive tour features Elektra Records’ The Band Camino and labelmate Ingrid Andress on all 30+ dates. The (Arena) Tour had major success when it kicked off in March 2020, selling out three consecutive shows, including two back-to-back in Nashville, TN. Following the sell-outs, The Tennessean stated, “Every song was greeted like a single by the packed house.”
