    Faith Hill’s all new NBC “Sunday Night Football” promo spot is set to debut this Wednesday, August 6th at, nearly 48 hours before what is expected to be its broadcast premiere. The sidesplitting new promo, filmed last month in Pasadena, California, features NFL All-Pros Dwight Freeney, Bob Sanders, Tony Gonzalez, Torry Holt, Ray Lewis, and Tony Romo “cooking” for Faith and her friends, preparing snacks for the evening’s “Sunday Night Football” game. The players’ competitive personalities emerge during their preparations, putting a hilarious spin on the long-held tradition of making snacks before gathering with family and friends to watch “Sunday Night Football.”
    “The promo piece is one of the funniest things I have ever seen,” said Faith. “And I’m really glad that we can show it to our fans first.”
    For the second year in a row, the five-time Grammy Award winner and multi-platinum recording artist will perform “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night,” the opening theme for NBC “Sunday Night Football,” beginning on Sunday, September 7th. September 7th marks NBC’s first regular season “Sunday Night Football” broadcast of 2008, and will feature Peyton Manning and the Colts hosting the Chicago Bears in the opening game of the Colts’ new home, Lucas Oil Stadium. The opening theme will kick off “Sunday Night Football” each week throughout the NFL season on NBC.
