Nashville, TN – November 15, 2011 – Rockin Nashville newcomers, HER & Kings County debuted the video for their new single “White Trash Country Boy” on Friday. The video, which was filmed in Nashville, TN, has racked up over 7,000 views in just four short days. Directed by award-winning videographer David Dutton (known for the viral video “Internet Killed the Video Star”), “White Trash Country Boy” is the first single off HER & Kings County’s self-titled SIX PAK, released October 11th on Warner Music Nashville / Elektra and is available now on iTunes. Listen to “White Trash Country Boy” here.

The six-member Nashville-based band originated in Brooklyn, NY and is fronted by Monique Staffile. The brainchild of Monique and Caleb Sherman, the electric band was born in a New York City apartment, grown into an all original sound they’ve dubbed City Country; a mix of bluegrass, hip-hop, good ‘ol finger pickin’ country and rockin’ head-banging riffs. Touring from Hollywood, the Carolinas, Nashville, to deep in the heart of Texas, HER & Kings County have been everywhere - opening for Kid Rock, Montgomery Gentry, Charlie Daniels, and Dierks Bentley, to name a few.

The members of HER & Kings County are: Monique, (vocals, main co-writer of HKC); Caleb “KBC” Sherman (Guitar, banjo, pedal steel, also produces and main co-writer of HKC); Brother Love (drums); A Wonder (lead guitar); F Bomb (bass); and Justin “Jail Bird” Sherman (guitar).
