Hunter Hayes Performed With Students at Corpus Christi School, Benefiting Labels For Education, Safeway and The Grammy Found.

    Hunter Will Open for Carrie Underwood’s North American “Blown Away Tour”
    NASHVILLE, TN- (May 9, 2012) – Monday, in honor of Labels for Education, Safeway and the GRAMMY Foundation®, Hunter Hayes made a special guest appearance to perform with seventh and eighth grade students at Corpus Christi School in Piedmont, CA. Labels for Education has developed a unique partnership with The GRAMMY Foundation® to help nourish the potential of children and support the social value of music education in schools and communities across the country. To show their support, Labels for Education and Safeway, a supporting Labels for Education retailer, awarded Corpus Christi School a special presentation and performance event with Hunter Hayes. Hayes performed a special set for students, and shared his experiences in the music industry, in hopes to teach students the importance of music in their lives.

    Last week, superstar Carrie Underwood, announced on Good Morning America that she will be kicking off her North American “Blown Away Tour” starting in September and will be accompanied by special guest opening act, Hunter Hayes.
