    Rich is one of six contestants left on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice.” He is competing on the show in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

    NASHVILLE, TN – (May 3, 2011) – Warner Bros. Record’s John Rich is country music’s only triple threat as an award-winning artist, renowned producer and chart-topping songwriter. On May 17, the country star will show off his electrifying talents with the release of his boot-stomping, high energy SIX PAK Rich Rocks. Also available on May 17 is Rich’s impactful SIX PAK release For the Kids, paying tribute to the friends and families of his favorite charity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Rich is currently one of six contestants left on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice,” where he is competing for St. Jude. A portion of the proceeds from For the Kids will go directly to support the foundation. NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice” airs Sundays at 9/8 CST. The season finale will air live on May 22.

    Rich Rocks includes Rich’s infectious single “Country Done Come to Town,” along with five additional tracks full of country music’s favorite topics with singles like “Mack Truck” and “When You Get On Whiskey.” The album carries with it a unique blend of country meets rock n’ roll that will have music fans dancing along past last call.

    Renowned artist, producer and songwriter John Rich currently competes on the hit NBC television show “Celebrity Apprentice” and is also one-half of the multi-platinum duo Big & Rich. He is a three-time ASCAP Songwriter of the Year recipient, with 13 top ten hits, including Faith Hill’s “Mississippi Girl,” Faith and Tim McGraw’s “Like We Never Loved At All,” Gretchen Wilson’s “Redneck Woman” and Jason Aldean’s “Hicktown.” He has garnered multiple GRAMMY, ACM, CMA and CMT Music Award nominations. Rich’s first solo release, Son Of A Preacher Man, featured the hit single “Shuttin’ Detroit Down,” which was his first solo hit to land in the Top 15 on the Country Singles Chart.
