For Warner Bros. Records’ red hot duo, the JaneDear girls (Susie Brown and Danelle Leverett), Feb. 1 just keeps getting better with the release of their self-titled debut album available everywhere beginning today and an ACM Award nomination for “Top Vocal Duo of the Year.” The announcement comes in addition to their fan-voted ACM Award nomination for “Top New Vocal Duo or Group.”

“I am speechless – I can’t believe we have been nominated for ‘Top Vocal Duo of the Year!’” said Danelle. “I remember playing out acoustically with Susie in backyards and colleges, living on taco soup, like it was yesterday. This doesn’t seem real.”

“This year has been such an amazing year so far!” adds Susie. “We are out on our very first tour with Jason Aldean, we just found out that we've broken the top 15 with our first single "Wildflower," last night we performed for the first time on live TV on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and today we released our debut album across the country. Now to be nominated for ACM’s Top Vocal Duo of the Year is so overwhelming and I feel deeply honored to be in a category with so many amazing artists. I just want to thank all the wonderful radio stations and fans that believe in us and have embraced us so warmly. We can't wait to see all of your smiling faces in 2011!”

the JaneDear girls are also up for the fan-voted ACM Award for “Top New Vocal Duo or Group.” Fans can vote for the duo by visiting and Voting for the Top New Artist category will begin at on March 11 and will close on April 3, with the winner being announced live during the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards broadcast on CBS on Sunday, April 3 at 8p ET/PT.

The ACM Top New Vocal Duo nominee is comprised of Utah native Susie Brown and Texas native Danelle Leverett. Their “harmony-rich boot-stomper” (Boston Globe) Top 15 hit single, “Wildflower,” is the perfect introduction to the duo’s high energy, soaring harmonies and world-class instrumental skills. The girls play a total of eight instruments (Accordion, Acoustic guitar, Bass, Electric guitar, Fiddle, Gango, Harp and Mandolin) and, between the two of them, penned every song on their self-titled debut album, which boasts a fully loaded 11-track ensemble of pure Country rock. The up-tempo sing-along song “Shotgun Girl” revels in the girls’ love for riding shotgun in a Country boy’s truck. the JaneDear girls are currently on tour with Jason Aldean on his “My Kinda Party Tour.”
