Records’ guitar slinging newcomer Frankie Ballard has been featured all over GACTV.com, Great American Country’s (GAC) website, this winter with his exclusive new online series entitled “Frankie Ballard Road Reports.” Before embarking on the “It’s Good To Be Me Tour 2010″ with fellow Michigan artists Uncle Kracker and Ty Stone, GAC asked Ballard if they could come along on the road with him…via video that is. The result is an exclusive eight episode web series that gives fans a candid glimpse into Ballard’s life on the road featuring everything from his favorite guitar to playing the famed Billy Bob’s in Texas to a tour of their traveling van. With his hit debut single “Tell Me You Get Lonely” breaking through the country music charts, this country heartthrob is also storming up GAC’s fan-voted Top 20 Country Countdown with his music video landing in the No. 5 spot this week.

Ballard will be anything but lonely for long as he heads back to Michigan this week for his highly anticipated hometown concerts in Lansing on 12/17 and Kalamazoo on 12/18.

Hailing from Battle Creek, Michigan, Frankie Ballard brings a fresh new sound with his unique blend of edgy, country rock and sheer, fleet-fingering guitar skills. In 2008, Ballard won Kenny Chesney’s “Next Big Star” regional competition and opened for Chesney at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids and Ford Field in Detroit. Ballard is currently working on his forthcoming debut album for Reprise Records with producer Michael Knox (Jason Aldean).
