Warner Music Nashville artists set to perform and present at tonight's 46th Annual CMA Awards in Nashville, TN.
Both Blake Shelton and Hunter Hayes are performing during the awards ceremony. Blake will join the Willie Nelson Tribute, while Hunter will play his recent #1 hit single "Wanted." Jana Kramer will join Jake Owen to present the award for Duo of the Year.

Hunter Hayes will continue on as the opening act for Carrie Underwood's critically acclaimed "Blown Away Tour" in 2013 with 40 new dates added around the country. The 2013 tour dates kick off February 13 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Charlie Worsham released the latest video in his "Cover Challenge" series earlier this week. Worsham pegged international dance club hit "Gangnam Style," forcing himself to learn the Korean lyrics made famous by South Korean rapper PSY, record and mix the track in 24 hours. The video was recorded in Nashville at Charlie's home studio and on location at the Nashville Zoo.

Brett Eldredge, will perform this Thursday, October 25, at the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America’s eighth annual “For the Love of George” event at New York City’s Crimson. The benefit will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Tickets are $75 in advance and $100 at the door. Guests must be 21 or over to attend. Hosted by Emmy Award-winning co-anchor of WABC-TV’s Eyewitness News Saturday and Sunday Morning, Phil Lipof, the event will include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a concert by Brett Eldredge and a silent auction.
The first music video from Dwight’s latest album, “A Heart Like Mine” gives fans plenty of chances to catch Dwight’s legendary low cowboy hat shimmy. Filmed in a hillside Malibu mansion, the video features graphic black-and-white split screens that beckon to the influence that Dwight has referenced in recent interviews, John Lennon. “A Heart Like Mine” is one of two songs on 3 Pears co-produced by critically acclaimed indie artist Beck.
