Warner Music Nashville Takes Over CMA Music Festival At LP Field

Surprise Appearances by Sheryl Crow with Little Big Town and Jason Mraz with Hunter Hayes

Warner Music Nashville artists Sheryl Crow, Gloriana, Hunter Hayes, Blake Shelton and Randy Travis took over the CMA Music Festival Friday, June 7 at LP Field. Gloriana opened the night with a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem followed by Randy Travis’ performance of "Tonight I'm Playin' Possum," available now on iTunes, after which he announced his plans for a new album due out later this year. Sheryl Crow then surprised the crowd as she joined Little Big Town to perform her hit “Soak Up The Sun” as well as her current Top 30 single “Easy.” Excited fans got to see Hunter Hayes’ electrifying performance of “I Want Crazy” followed by special guest, multi-platinum Grammy award-winner Jason Mraz accompanying him on stage for their duet “Everybody’s Got Somebody But Me” featured on Hunter’s upcoming release, (Encore), due out June 18th on Atlantic Records.

Blake brought the sold-out crowd of 50k fans to their feet with his current smash hit, “Boys Round Here” and was surprised on stage by John Esposito (President & CEO, WMN) and Peter Strickland (EVP/GM, WMN) with a platinum plaque for Red River Blue and a gold plaque for Based on a True Story....
