The Americana Honors & Awards, presented by Nissan, returns to the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN on September 18, 2013 (as part of the Americana Music Festival - September 18-22, 2013 at venues throughout Nashville).

Dwight Yoakam will be the main country representative for this year's Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. The official lineup was announced Tuesday, February 19. Bonnaroo hits the town of Manchester, TN June 13-16.
Dwight's return to Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on April 12 sold out in less than 30 minutes after tickets went on sale! In light of the sold out show, Dwight has added a second date at The Ryman Auditorium for April 13. Tickets for the additional show go on sale tomorrow (Feb. 15)!
On April 12, Dwight Yoakam will headline Nashville's famous Ryman Auditorium. It will be his first time back to the historic venue since 2005. Regarding the Ryman, Dwight exclaims, "from the moment you step inside, you can feel that you have entered a hallowed chamber occupied by the essence of the great."

Dwight Yoakam’s critically acclaimed new album, 3 Pears, is the No. 1 Americana Album for an impressive fifth week in a row this week. Released September 18th on Warner Bros. Records in Australia. 3 Pears is currently Top 20 on the Country Airplay Chart and the music video for his first single, “A Heart Like Mine,” is sitting in the Top 10 on CMC’s Top 20. Already reaching No. 1 on the Americana chart in the US, 3 Pears was also Yoakam’s highest charting debut on Billboard 200 and Billboard Country Albums Chart upon release.
The first music video from Dwight’s latest album, “A Heart Like Mine” gives fans plenty of chances to catch Dwight’s legendary low cowboy hat shimmy. Filmed in a hillside Malibu mansion, the video features graphic black-and-white split screens that beckon to the influence that Dwight has referenced in recent interviews, John Lennon. “A Heart Like Mine” is one of two songs on 3 Pears co-produced by critically acclaimed indie artist Beck.
On September 18th, 2012, Grammy-Award winner Dwight Yoakam will release his first all new studio album in seven years, 3 Pears (Warner Bros. Records). The 12-track release, his 26th, is produced by Yoakam, along with two songs co-produced with Beck; “A Heart Like Mine” and “Missing Heart” (full track listing below).
