Blake Shelton can be found on the cover of the January 26 issue of Country Weekly, on stands Monday, January 12. He opens up about finding peace in Oklahoma, love, Miranda and family. Photos taken on Blake’s 1,200 acre ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma are part of the feature as well as photos from his childhood.

On January 21 Shelton will make his first appearance on Chelsea Lately, airing on E! television network 11:30pm Eastern and January 22 finds him performing “She Wouldn’t Be Gone” on Jimmy Kimmel Live, airing on ABC 12:05am Eastern.

In the same week as Blake Shelton releases his fifth studio album, Startin’ Fires, People Magazine has announced him as one of 2008’s “Sexiest Men Alive” in their annual “Sexiest Men Alive” issue. People Magazine’s “Sexiest Men Alive” issue hits stands this Friday, Nov. 21.

Shelton says about his appeal in the issue, “A well worn truck. The wussiest thing a guy can do is drive a clean truck. Dents, scratches and mud – that’s manly.”

Blake Shelton’s video for his current single, “She Wouldn’t Be Gone,” debuts in the #1 slot on GAC’s Top 20 Country Countdown that airs this evening at 8pm ET/7pm CT. Though Shelton has had numerous videos on top of the chart this is the first time his video has debuted in that position. “She Wouldn’t Be Gone” was directed by Scott Speer of Picture Vision.
