Deeply Personal Track Goes For Adds Monday, July 8

Atlantic Records / Warner Music Nashville recording artist Ingrid Andress has chosen the deeply personal “More Hearts Than Mine” as her first official country radio single, going for adds on Monday, July 8. The New York Times named the “elegantly written song about a love that lets you down” as one of their nine “most notable new songs” the week it was released, with Billboard and CMT premiering its equally poignant music video (WATCH HERE). Additionally, as the newest SiriusXM “Highway Find” artist, “More Hearts Than Mine” will be added into regular rotation on their hugely popular country music radio channel The Highway.

The emotional track has already soared past 3.6 million on-demand streams since its release to DSPs in April, prompting MusicRow to declare: “this woman has talent in spades.”  Andress’ Live in the Vineyard performance of the “heart-wrenching piano ballad” (Billboard) earlier this year was noted by SoundsLikeNashville to have “left many broken hearts,” lauding the singer/songwriter as “a star in the making.” Included as one The Boot’s “5 New Songs You Need To Hear,” WhiskeyRiff advised its readers that if “you want to write songs…this is how it’s done…country music needs more of this.”

CMT has praised their Next Women of Country inductee for having “an honest and fresh way to tell stories about life and love” with Taste of Country including her as one of their “5 Artists to Watch,” explaining that “all it takes is seeing one performance to know that Ingrid Andress is pure talent. An equally captivating vocalist and songwriter, she has a distinct talent for blending humor and emotion. She’ll gently break your heart with ‘More Hearts Than Mine.’”

Andress made her “self-assured [and] expressive” (Rolling Stone) national TV debut on Late Night With Seth Meyers in April, performing her first major-label release “Lady Like.” The empowering anthem had been made available only two months prior and now rapidly approaches six million on-demand streams globally.

The Colorado-native also performed multiple times throughout her first CMA Fest in Nashville, starting the week withBillboard LIVE’s  kick-off event where they praised her “emotion and captivating storytelling” (READ HERE). In addition, the Nashville Scene highlighted Andress as an “act you won’t want to miss” (READ HERE) in advance of her Ascend Amphitheater performance alongside label-mates Tucker Beathard, Hunter Hayes, Cody Johnson and Ashley McBryde.
