The Last Bandoleros say touring with Sting is like going to school with the 'coolest teacher'

The Last Bandoleros brought their unique harmony-rich, high energy Tex-Mex country rock to Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium Tuesday night. The group, who is signed to Warner Music Nashville, is on tour with Sting.

On their tour bus before the show, the men laughed that their relationship with Sting is give and take. He borrows their accordion player. And they get to learn from watching the "Roxanne" singer on a nightly basis.

They explain touring with Sting is “like going to school with the coolest teacher.”

“We’re inspired by him every day,” said bass player Diego Navaira.
