Warner Music Nashville artists set to perform and present at tonight's 46th Annual CMA Awards in Nashville, TN.

Both Blake Shelton and Hunter Hayes are performing during the awards ceremony. Blake will join the Willie Nelson Tribute, while Hunter will play his recent #1 hit single "Wanted." Jana Kramer will join Jake Owen to present the award for Duo of the Year.

Hunter Hayes will continue on as the opening act for Carrie Underwood's critically acclaimed "Blown Away Tour" in 2013 with 40 new dates added around the country. The 2013 tour dates kick off February 13 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Tickets will be available for the 2013 dates in select markets beginning Friday, Nov. 2; check local venues for exact on sale date information.
