Advance Order Program
Advanced pre-release ordering is available for selected Warner Music Nashville music titles. These titles are noted with an Advance Order icon. If you live in the U.S. and would like to receive your music selection on or about the release date, please place your order with standard shipping no later than 10 days in advance of release. RUSH orders will arrive by release date if placed by 10 AM PST the Thursday prior to the release date. Standard orders after this date will arrive approximately 5 days after the release date.
If your order includes other products that are actually in-stock and not advanced order, these items will process and ship immediately.
To our International Customers: Your order will not arrive by the US Street date and may take an additional 3 -4 weeks to get to you. International shipments including Canada and Mexico are sent by United States Postal Service Economy. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10 to 14 days depending upon the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow for 4 to 5 weeks for delivery.

We are very sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products over the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. This makes it very difficult for someone to steal your credit card information. We also use the latest encryption technologies to protect the security of your credit card and password information while we are processing your order.
How to Shop
- 1. When you find an item you want to buy, just click on the Buy Now button. It will automatically be placed in your shopping cart.
- 2. To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click on the 'remove' check box for all items you want deleted from your cart and click the 'update' button.
- 3. To change the size or format of the product you wish to purchase, select the desired configuration from the drop down list box and click on the 'update' button. Note: Most browsers will automatically update your cart when you select a different configuration.
- 4. When you have all of the products you want to purchase in your shopping cart, simply click on the Proceed To Checkout button to update your order and continue through the checkout process.
- 5. You will be then be asked to provide billing and shipping address information in order to complete the purchase.
- 6. Important Note: The address information you provide for the Billing Address MUST exactly match the billing address on your credit card statement. Inaccurate address information may delay the shipment of your order.
How to Pay
Warner Music Nashville stores accept Pay Pal in addition to the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
If you use your debit card to pay for your order, please keep in mind that items are billed when shipped and funds must be available in your account at that time. You will see an authorization on your card when you place your order. This is NOT an actual charge.
The charge for your order will appear on your credit card bill as "Warner Bros / Nonesuch".

Most items in the Warner Music Nashville stores, outside of recorded music CDs, DVDs or vinyl, are available for shipping within the United States and internationally. Shipping charges for US, Canada, Mexico, and International deliveries are listed below. There are different rates for Music ONLY orders. If your order contains both music and merchandise the merchandise rates will apply.

Shipping Methods And Rush Delivery Options
Shipments to addresses within the United States are sent by UPS or United States Postal Service First Class Mail depending on weight and usually take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipments including Canada and Mexico are sent by United States Postal Service Economy and usually take up to 21 business days to arrive. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10 to 14 days depending upon the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow for 4 to 5 weeks for delivery.Canadian orders will NOT be shipped until Canada Post strike is over.
If you select Rush Delivery for shipments within the United States, it means that any in-stock catalog item will ship to you to arrive the second day after your order is processed and fulfilled. For most Rush Delivery orders, this means arrival on the third day after the order was placed. Rush Delivery is NOT available to PO Boxes. You may combine as many product lines as you like within an order. Our various product lines do not always ship from the same warehouse. Therefore you may receive several shipments for a single order.
A Note To Canadian And International Customers
If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside The United States, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax at the rates in effect at the time of shipping your order if your order is being shipped to an address in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington
The amount of your sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the check out process.
Order Confirmation Number
Upon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation number. Please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.
Processing an Order
Your order of in-stock merchandise will generally arrive in 7 to 10 business days, unless you have selected RUSH delivery. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. If you are paying via Paypal, the funds will be deducted from your Paypal account when you place your order. This is a Paypal policy.
How to Change Your Order
Warner Music Nashville processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by calling 888-483-0017 or sending an e-mail to help@warnermusicnashville.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.
Order Status
Send us an email at help@warnermusicnashville.com or call us at 888-483-0017 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday Central Standard Time (except holidays) to find out the status of your order. We will email you when your order has shipped.
Promotional Mailings
Warner Music Nashville will notify you of any upcoming promotional opportunities and new product releases which may interest you. If you don't want to receive these special mailings, please make sure to uncheck the box that reads: "Check this box if you want to receive special Warner Music Nashville promotional mailings", which is located at the bottom of the page where you fill in your shipping and billing address information. If for some reason you forget to do this, you can easily remove yourself from this mailing list by sending an e-mail to help@warnermusicnashville.com.
Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 30 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. You may send us an email with amount to return the item via standard/media mail service and we will gladly reimburse those charges. Overnight charges cannot be reimbursed.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is factory sealed, we will be happy to refund the purchase price of your item. On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. In either case, absolutely no COD returns will be accepted.
Fan Club Memberships are not refundable.
Returning Gift Orders
If your order is a gift order and the gift recipient wishes to return or exchange it, they may do so for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Upon our receipt of the returned product, we'll be happy to give credit for the cost of the item(s) returned and any associated sales tax to the credit card account originally charged. The sender will only be responsible for the return shipping costs. At the time of the exchange request, our Customer Service Department will be happy to help the gift recipient with a replacement order. Please read Return/Exchange Instructions.
