Human The Double Album, the sophomore major-label release from COJO Music/Warner Music Nashville Platinum recording artist and ‘hard-driving entertainer’ (Billboard) Cody Johnson, is the top country album debut this week. The double album is available NOW to stream and download on all digital music platforms (CLICK HERE). 

Physical copies of Human The Double Album can be purchased by visiting codyjohnsonmusic.com and will be released everywhere on October 29. Fans can also look forward to the vinyl launch of Human The Double Album coming this Fall.

The lead single from Human, “‘Til You Can’t,” written by Ben Stennis and Matt Rogers, is the Top 5 most added single at country radio this week. The infectious, up-tempo track has Johnson advising listeners to take the chances, chase the dreams, bait those lines, put that diamond on her hand, and take those calls from your mama as long as you can, until you can’t. It’s the quintessential why-not-now song that will call Johnson’s loyal fans to action.

Johnson’s very first holiday album, A Cody Johnson Christmas, will be available everywhere November 19. 

Johnson’s new feature-length documentary, Dear Rodeo: The Cody Johnson Story, was released to select cinemas nationwide for a limited time before becoming available via the Apple TV app exclusively. Fans are now able to watch the film across multiple video streaming platforms including GooglePlay, Comcast & Cox cable on demand, Vudu, Microsoft and Amazon, moving to their Prime streaming service on devices December 13. Initial showings of the film quickly multiplied due to popular demand and a total of 239 theaters featured the movie across the country. Alongside guest appearances by Reba McEntire, Navy Seal Chris Kyle’s widow Taya (Kyle), and more, the documentary features Johnson opening up about his years on the rodeo circuit and how they fortuitously prepared him for life as a country star. From standing in the back of the chute at the rodeo or singing about it in front of 75,000 people, viewers are given an intimate glimpse into his real-life journey from the dusty rodeo arenas of rural Texas to some of the biggest musical stages in America. The film vividly captures all the emotional highs and lows that come from the dreams you cling to and the dreams you ultimately let go of.
