Andress Dazzles on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert Performing Her Top 5 Single “More Hearts Than Mine”

 It’s not every day that a debut album receives numerous glowing reviews from some of the most-read publications across the country like People, Billboard, Entertainment Weekly, Teen Vogue, UPROXX, PAPER, Idolator to name a few. Lady Like, the debut album entirely co-written and co-produced by Ingrid Andress, has done just that (LISTEN HERE) and more. Having become the highest streaming country female debut of all time upon release, HUFFPOST is calling it a “bold and impressive introduction to Andress’ artistry.” In addition, The Late Show With Stephen Colbert shared her performance of the Gold-certified, current Top 5 single “More Hearts Than Mine” (WATCH HERE) before the ACM New Female Artist of the Year joined their ACM Presents: Our Country Pre-Show livestream.

 

With the album’s “wonderfully depressing” (Idolator) track “Life of the Party” featured on BBC Radio 2, Lady Like is also making waves abroad as it earns earning accolades from the UK’s Notion, The Sun, Rollacoaster and Wonderlandmagazine, who praised the way it “fits perfectly in the moment but has the staying power and timelessness to last.” Back in the US, LADYGUNN describes the album as “a stunning testament to the power of genuine experience and perspective, metamorphosed into song” advising that “Ingrid’s technical writing skills and dedication to raw vulnerability is an inspiring feat all creatives should aspire to.” Flaunt applauds Andress’ “talent for blending the best of pop’s spirit and country’s emotive narration” with Euphoria predicting “[Lady Like] is on track to be blaring from your speakers for years to come.”

 

The Atlantic Records / Warner Music Nashville recording artist was recently named as the first female country artist to become part of Apple Music’s Up Next program, the monthly artist initiative geared towards identifying, showcasing and elevating rising talent. Making history in 2019 as the only solo-female-debut to crack Top 20 on the Country Airplaychart, Andress has made additional national TV performances on Late Night with Seth Meyers and TODAY. The accomplished singer/songwriter, who has penned songs for artists including Bebe Rexha, Charli XCX, FLETCHER andDove Cameron, continues to hone her skills writing with heavy hitters in the music community like Sam Hunt, Alicia Keys and Tori Kelly.
