Platinum-selling recording artist and award-winning singer / songwriter Chris Janson will be bringing his latest single “Done” to The Kelly Clarkson Show this Tuesday, March 10 (click HERE for local listings). Currently climbing the country charts, the song that MusicRow hailed as “true country excellence” was most-added upon impact at country radio. Check out the song’s family-centric music video HERE.
Clarkson first complimented Janson on his music back in 2015, before they had ever met, in a tweet about his multi-Platinum debut hit “Buy Me A Boat.” Janson is still receiving praise from his peers, as just last week label mate Cole Swindell said that he “had to turn this one up!” after hearing “Done” on SiriusXM’s The Highway. The second single from his recently released album Real Friends, “Done” has received critical praise from outlets such as Rolling Stone, who described the track as “rich and full of depth,” stating “it stands among Janson’s best recorded vocals yet.” The song made its TV debut on NBC’s TODAY in the fall of last year.
“Done” follows Janson’s third No.1 single, RIAA Gold-certified “Good Vibes.” In 2019 the high energy entertainer brought the track to television stages spanning coast to coast including Live with Kelly and Ryan, CMA Fest, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, ELLEN, TODAY and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. With nearly 95 million streams, “Good Vibes” continues to be a fan favorite.
The multi-instrumentalist brings “Good Vibes” wherever he goes. He is currently headlining dates on his Real Friends Tour, which included a sold-out show at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium. This month will take him to Florida, New Mexico, Tennessee, Colorado and Virginia. Visit chrisjanson.com for more dates and details.
