CoJo Music / Warner Music Nashville’s Cody Johnson had the home field advantage last night in Houston, Texas when he performed the national anthem prior to Game 7 of the World Series (WATCH HERE). The Houston Astros battled the Washington Nationals for the title at the 115th Fall Classic with the Nationals ultimately walking away with the win. Presented by YouTube TV, Johnson performed during the opening ceremony which was broadcast live on FOX.
Johnson recently received his first-ever nomination for New Artist of the Year at the 53rd annual CMA Awards.
