The Reflective New Music Video For The Track Is Also Available To Watch Now

Warner Music Nashville’s Tucker Beathard is continuing to strengthen his connection with his fans, releasing a new track - “Can’t Stay Here” - today at their request, available to listen HERE.  Co-written by Beathard with Ryan Tyndell, Will Lamb and Joe Whelan as well as co-produced by Beathard with Tyndell and Jordan Rigby, he first offered a stripped-down look at the song on his social media platforms post-writing session and in response to immediate fan reaction decided to record the track and add the brand new song to the singer/songwriter’s upcoming second chapter of his debut double album. Beathard also shared a visual look into his most recent song, dropping a soul-searching video for “Can’t Stay Here” today, available to watch HERE.

Continuing to garner critical acclaim for his homegrown sound, “Can’t Stay Here" follows the release of Beathard's newest single “You Would Think,” spotlighted by American Songwriter as the “moving song… deals with some potent emotions,” as well as the “vulnerable and painfully real” (Music Row) “Find Me Here” and “Better Than Me” heralded as “kinetic, arena-country gold” (Rolling Stone), all taken from Beathard’s upcoming second installment.

“I’ve been really enjoying connecting with my fans through social media live videos during this time and just hanging out playing a bunch of old and new songs of mine,” shared Beathard. “After my brother passed away in December, I wasn’t sure if I had the emotional energy to start writing again right away. But, I decided I might as well try and clear my head and mess around with some writer buddies of mine and sure enough, the first song I wrote this year was this one. I decided to post an acoustic video of me playing it, and after seeing the feedback, I knew it would be a great addition to the album and went in and recorded it right away .”

The first country artist to release a debut double album, singer/songwriter Tucker Beathard’s first installment, “Nobody’s Everything,” was immediately praised as Beathard “bares his soul” on the vulnerable collection that focuses on Beathard’s craft, bringing “smart pieces from a singular mind, the kind of material that comes from someone who marches to his own drum and mines that perspective for his worldview” (Billboard). With co-writer, co-producer and guitar and drum credits on the release, while citing influences ranging from Blink 182, Kings Of Leon to Led Zeppelin and AC/DC, Beathard’s unique sound is turning heads. Following the independent release of “Nobody’s Everything,” Beathard signed a major recording deal with Warner Music Nashville. Beathard immediately garnered attention as “one of country music’s hottest young acts” (Pitchfork) with his debut Top 5 breakout anthem “Rock On” and touring relentlessly including major festival including Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits Festival, Stagecoach and Faster Horses Festival, often playing upwards of 200 shows a year. Between touring, Beathard, a prolific songwriter, can be found in the studio, writing, recording, and playing his music.
